A verified lead is a real person identified through LandGlide and property records, cross-checked for contact accuracy, contacted by our human team, and confirmed to have genuine buying or selling interest. A contact list is just unconfirmed names and numbers with no verified intent.
We use LandGlide for parcel ownership verification, skip-trace services for contact accuracy, public property records, DNC scrubbing, and our own internal verification protocols. Every lead passes multiple checkpoints before reaching you.
All leads are 100% exclusive to you during your active campaign window. We do not send the same lead to multiple agents. Your territory is reserved for you alone while your package is active.
Our average delivery time is 48 hours after onboarding is complete. Onboarding takes 1–2 business days to configure your CRM, territory, and outreach setup. Most clients receive their first lead within the first week.
You pay a set price for each verified lead delivered — not a monthly subscription regardless of results. You pay upfront for a minimum package and we deliver that lead count within your campaign window. You only pay for leads actually delivered to you.
No. Every price is stated clearly upfront. There are no monthly retainers, no renewal fees, no setup charges, and no surprise add-ons. You pay for your package; we deliver your leads.
If we fail to meet your minimum lead count and you fulfilled your onboarding responsibilities, we provide a pro-rated refund or credit for undelivered leads. If work has not started yet, a full refund is available.
Yes. We comply fully with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, CCPA/CPRA, and the Fair Housing Act. All outreach is consent-based, conducted by human agents only, with zero autodialers or robocalls at any stage.
No. ProspectIQ is a marketing support and lead generation company. We do not act as a brokerage, list or sell property, or engage in brokerage activities. We work exclusively with licensed professionals as a support and marketing partner.
No. We guarantee delivery of verified, pre-screened lead introductions. We do not guarantee specific closings, sales outcomes, or revenue. Results depend on market conditions and your own follow-up and sales process.
Yes. CRM setup is included in all packages. Full virtual assistant services are included in the Team/Brokerage package and available as an add-on for Starter and Growth clients. Contact us to discuss adding specific services.
ProspectIQ serves licensed real estate agents, brokerages, agent teams, and real estate investors operating in the United States. We do not serve unlicensed individuals engaging in real estate transactions.
